The fabric surface is treated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) to prevent water retention, helping maintain a dry feeling and increasing quick-drying capabilities. The waist can be fitted with a drawstring to eliminate roughness when using a spray skirt. The remaining string can be stored in an inner pocket. The lower back is outfitted with mesh for effective prevention of swelling with air when submerging in water. We recommend wearing the shorts with innerwear such as our Aqua Body Tights or Aqua Body Shorts, which do not obstruct mobility.
